My roommate and I had the $80/mo up to 940mbps Internet plan last week and we're required to pay for the security deposit of $150.
The first time my roommate tried with her Visa card, and it said the order did not go through. So I went back to the same payment page and tried with my own visa a second time. However, both of our deposits are now posted in our credit card bills. We have been charged twice.
I've tried so many ways of seeking help from the support team and I called a hundred times but they didn't help. PLEASE HELP ME AND I NEED MY REFUND.
