Last night our FIOS Ondemand and Guide went out on both of our TVs. I have reset the box and we are able to watch TV, but it says "No Network Connection. Which is odd since I have Verizon Fios Internet as well.
Any ideas?
Try resetting your router.
If that doesn't do it, use the troubleshooter under menu support.
The STBs are not communicating with the router which should be handing out the boxes an IP address.
