I found a similar thread here on the forums regarding the $200 credit towards Smart Home products. I attempted to click on the email and upon trying to check out was being charged full-price for a Nest E thermostat. The previous poster indicated they waited multiple days for a response from Verizon after getting no assistance via phone support.
Beware of this issue before agreeing to this offer (which I believe is offered as an incentive to renew Fios contract).
