I signed up through a neighbor's referral to get the $100 triple play sign up bonus as well as the promotion for $200 smart device and $150 Prepaid card. I was only able to receive the smart devices but was never able to claim my $150 prepaid visa... In addition I just recently received an email thanking me for signing up with the referral program but when I click the link to enroll and claim my $100 reward it says verizon is no longer taking sign ups. These promotions were clearly stated when I was signing up for the service. Someone...please help.
