I am trying to redeem the $200 Google/Nest credit before it expires. I put eligible items in my cart, and there is no credit. No discount code. No instructions. From what I can tell on this forum, MANY people have run into this. When I try to connect with Fios about this issue, I'm told all agents are busy. How do I redeem? How do I get Fios to respond? Every post on this forum says there issue has been "escalated to a FIOS agent" - so that is what I am hoping for unless anyone else has some advice??
