Hi,
I have an issue with my billing. I moved and when I initial setup transfer service it quoted me a price. However, due to the strike earlier this summer, my order was canceled. When I called back, my quote was different and non of the agent can get it back to the orginial price. I must have talked to 10 different agents and non of them could help.
Can someone please provide an email address for their regional manager so I can email them with screen shots and letter
