Hi, Is there a way to send an email/mail to verizon fios customer support/claim and get response back? I was able to send email (via filling out a web form) and then receive/reply via email with them. It was very helpful to resolve issues that can wait a few days instead of waiting 1000min over hold music on phone or chat connection. I could not find an option to contact verizon customer service (especially the billing department) over email/mail. Thank you!
