Deleted program still listed on DVR > CHS 435HDC

Often when I delete a recorded program from my CHS 435HDC, the program remains listed.

It HAS in fact been deleted (the capacity indicator decreases) but the program itself is still listed which is EXTREMELY annoying.

Can someone provide me a fix...?

Have you tried to reboot box or use Fix DVR Issues under support menu?
