Registering my $50 Rewards not working

So I've used the email link, i've used my phone, i've called Verizon support and gotten nowhere. I'm unable to register for the promo that I was promised with the $50 Verizon Visa Prepaid Card. I also read other forums and cleared cache/history, no luck. Please advise and fix...seems like another terrible way to not deliver what was promised from Verizon.
