Is there a way I can temporarily turn off the TV / Internet? Seems like an appropriate punishment when the kids are fighting over the tv. Thank you!

Parental controls for internet. I don’t use their tv but there may be controls in the Fios tv settings to shut off certain stations. Or parental lock.
or simply unplug the tv.
