TV/Internet double play service was installed in my house this morning by a technician. I chose the 150 mbps plan and this required a complete re-wire with ethernet handoff. The technician mentioned that there was an issue with verizon processing new turn-ups due to a back end issue. Can you please provide an ETA on when I can actually get my service up and running. It is extremely frustrating to have waited for a week to just get an appointment and I still dont have service!
