After receiving an email that says my $50 gift card reward is available, the web site given to register and receive that reward does not work. It times out repeatedly. This is a common issue discussed on the forum. I have tried chatting but the wait time is so long that the system logs me out in the middle of a chat. I do not know how to send an private message regarding this issue. Thank you for your help!
