I was so excited to go with Verizon Fios in our new home. Now I find out what horrible customer service and regret it all the way. They burry service line barely under the grass line and then when you accidentally cut it they charge out rageous fee. If the job was done correctly there never would be a problem. I was only digging to a depth of 3" when this occured.
It even gets better when I call and share my concerns and they could care less. Felt that if I left their service it was no big deal. Shame when a company gets so big they feel it is not important to have customer satisfaction.
