I got an email from verizon that I have a visa prepaid card issued, however, I am not able to redeem the card via the email. I also checked everywhere from my online page, and I didn't get anthing.
I am trying for the lasts 5 days and never works! I tried in 10 differents computers and 4 difference cell phones. I saw in this forum that a lot of others peoples have the same promen.
I used the mxtoolbox.com and saw that the vzrewards.verizon.com (web site that verizon use for register the visa pre paid) hve a lot of DNS problems!
My registration deadline will expire and I don't think that's correct because I will lose my $ 50.00 visa pre paid
Can anyone please help?
