I have registered but after several calls to Verizon, the "Where's my Reward?" link keeps showing processing in 0 days. I was told multiple different timeframes as to when the reward will ship, "you will receive email with tracking number", etc. but have still not received the $150 Google-Nest Sweetner aka FIOS Bonus reward.
I have spoken to multiple agents at 1-800-VERIZON over the past few months.
Whom can I call to get this delivered?
