Dear Sirs/ Mams
I go to My Profile/ Comunication Preference / Alert. For Bill Notification I checked "Email" and unhecking "Text/SMS" but the button was greyed.
The Text SMS start to annoying. Please help. Again, I did not consent of this Notification setup, and I do not wish to be notify by text. I dont have any outstanding payment balance in my life, if that help.
