Trying to resolve a recent problem with severe pixelation of MR DVR playback. Unable to get ANY of the FiOS menu diagnostic tools to load or work. ALL return wither "Application failed" or "No Data".
None of the "In-Home Agent" functions mentioned in link below work.
WHY? WHEN WILL THEY WORK?

Are you talking about some menu on the PC, the PC download (in-home agent) of what. Certainly the most reliable has always been the one on the DVR/STB itself. And yes that one works to FIX COMMON issues.
