I have been unable to upgrade or manage services online for at least 2 years. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved with a variety of different Verizon agents. Very frustrating. I'm posting this in the hopes that a Verizon representative will finally escalate this to the right person to troubleshoot. Let's get this resolved!
The familiar error message when trying to manage or upgrade verizon services is:
We're sorry.
We are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time.
