I was watching the app with no problems when I got an error message that said "We are unable to authenticate your Fios services. Please visit verizon.com/myverizon. Error Code: 9-6-23-302-102. Please help.
First option is to delete App and reinstall.
If that doesn't work, you have two options:
1) If the APP starts up, Go to help center and then report a problem.
2) If App doesn't start (just gives the error) then you can contact support on Twitter @verizonsupport or on FB as well.

Having the same problem. This has occurred in the past when Verizon’s authentication server crashes. FiosTV over the tuner boxes and TV set is still working OK.
Any fix for this? I have the same problem
Hi, Verizon support couldn't help me either.. but I did turn off the wifi on my phone and Surprise!!! problem fix. I hope that works for you guys!!!
