Hello, I signed up verizon Fios in December 2018 and I was to receive $50 gift card promotion that I never received. I know it is late but until about April /May of this year, i was still recieving message stating that it will be ready shortly but I never received anything. Then I completely forgot about it. I just remember it recently after I came back from vacation. I tried to speak to customer serivce about it but after about an hour speaking to four different people, I just gave up. I am not sure if verizon can fix this problem and issue me the missing gift card. Thanks for looking into it.
