Trouble Redeeming $50 Visa Card

Hi,

Recently signed up to Verizon Fios 400/400 plan. Part of the package was the $50 Visa card which when I went to redeem, it would lead me to a vzrewards site that wouldn't load. Due to that, I can't obtain my card and the time for it to be redeemed is about to expire. Any help would be appreciated and it seems like this isn't a rare issue in the slightest.
