Annoys me every time I want to log in to the Live TV options - and it defaults to CNN. How do I change to a different default channel or complain that CNN is the default?
CNN should not be the default channel.
IN settings you have an option for the Default channel. The options is FIOS1 News Channel or last Viewed channel. In menu/settings/system/Set-Top_box/Power On Channel.
It's not via their STB, but logging in online.

Then I am not sure where this behavior is being seen. Specific webpage? Some App? My quick testing couldn't find any page where CNN is the default Live TV channel.
