I recently received my $50 verizon visa prepaid reward card in the mail after signing up for fios. I am trying to use it towards my upcoming bill. However, when I enter the reward card as a new payment type under credit/debit card, the following message is displayed and I cannot add the reward card as a new payment method:
"We are sorry, we could not process your request. Please try again later."
The reward card was activated using the phone number on the card. How can I use the card to pay my verizon bill?
