I signed up for verizon fios service and was given the amazon prime/echo dot promotion offer. However, after recieving my email and logging in multiple times and attempting to retreieve said offer, the link does not appear on my verizon account page. I reached out to customer service who were unable to help me. Has anybody that actually had this problem been able to have it resolved? Seems like for a company with supposedly great internet service, they would be able to have their own websites working properly. Any help or insight would be much appreciated because I am super annoyed at this point.
