WHy is it that more times than not I log into MyFios account...or try to...and receive the dreaded "Spinning WHeel" for hours on end?
Would you believe I have spent the majority of today attempting unsuccessfully to put my account into vacation suspend mode? No callback from Verizon, even though I requested it over four hours ago; app won't let me use my mobile to contact CS to request it; and now the website keeps going into the crapper. Terrific.
