I returned two I phones in December, 2014 for trade in values to Verizon and have submission ID numbers and printed out paperwork from verizon trade in. I have contacted them numerous times about not receiving my $100 trade in values for these phones. Every time they said they would check and get back to me without any response. It's now almost two years and I have yet had my credit cards from Verizon for these phones. I have recently, as of this week, sent another phone in for a trade in and I am wondering if I will ever see this credit. I want my $200 from the phones I traded in from December 2014. Has anyone been in this same position?
