I have referred my friend on Sep 9th 2018. He subscribed to the verizon services with 24 hrs of receiving the mail. We both were suppose to receive $100 gift card. My friend received his $100 gift card 2 weeks back but i didn't. For i same i called verizon customer services to resolve my issue. My call was transferred 4 times and i did remained on call for more then an hour and every department said that this issue is not resolved by our department. After being on call for 1 hour my call automatically disconnected and I did not received any solution to my issue. Is this was Verizon handels customer services ?
