Unsatisfied Customer

I am unhappy with The TV PORTION OF MY fIOS PACKAGE. I hate the fact that I can only record 2 shows at a time. I am not about to pay for the option to do so. I think I pay enough . Also the remote is a piece of junk.

What are my options? If any . Very un happy customer

You can go with a cable card device (TIVO or PC Card).

Or you can pay more to get more DVRs or go to Quantum that allows 6 or 12 programs.

You didn't know when you sigend up for the service that you were only getting the ability to record 2 programs at once?
