I signed up for fios in April this year and was told that a $50 rewards card would be mailed to me home address after 60 days. I waited for the time and when nothing happened, I called fios, who redirected me to the company that handles the cards. I confirmed my mailing address with them and was told to wait another 60 days. Sure. 60 days passed and still nothing! I repeated the whole process again, and still nothing! It has now been 8 months and still no rewards card. Something is really off here. Wish fios can take care of this without annoying their customers.
