Lacrosse weather station

Has anyone been successful in installing a Lacrosse weather station on theit network? I can get it to work in my office on another carrier's service but not on my Fios service. So the device is good and the app is good. Can't figure out why it will not connect. BTW neither will my LG over.

Maybe the user manual can assist. I am not familiar with this device.

however I am assuming it connects via WiFi and as long as you select the proper SSID and enter the proper password for the Fios WiFi it should connect.

in any case the company offers tech support or may have your issue in their database.

Never had any trouble with it when I was using on Verizon. Note that Verizon has sold my area to Frontier.
