Switched to comcast in May. Sent all Verizon equipment back. On 8/15/14 they verified that their incompetent equipment recieving department finally noted the equipment was "RECIEVED" back into inventory on 8-4,8-11 & 8-14.
If you recieved the equipment why do I have a bill for $1779.53 for unreturned equipment?
I called and complained on 8/15 and was assured that everything was returned and I "shouldn't" recieve another bill. My next statement should have a ZERO balance.
Today I recieved the 9/3/14 statement showing I owe $1779.53 for unreturned equipment.....
Why can't verizon get this right?????
