I've seen other posts with this same issue but here's my experience:
I recieved an email from Verizon saying that "It's time to redeem your Holiday Bonus from Verizon" which gave the instructions to claim the Amazon Echo. But, when I log into My Verizon I don't see the "Redeem Amazon Offer Link" or anything talking about the Amazon Echo... can somebody please help me with this? I went through 2 instances of chat and called the helpline where i was stuck passed around and stuck on hold for an hour (this was on 12/22) - I was told a ticket was put in and have heard nothing back as of yet
