I was subscribed to Verizon FIOS TV and Internet services for two years. Throughout my subsriction period, I was a very satisfied customer. Mid-June of this year, I moved to an address where Verizon serivice isn't availble, which forced me to disconnect my services. Now I have $68.21 account credit from my last bill being overpaid. It's been three months since I have disconnected my services and I still haven't recieved my refund. I've tried contacting a FIOS representative by phone, who wasn't much help and didn't resolve my issue. All that I was told was that I would recieve my refund in 30 days, but that never happend. I'm very frustrated and I don't know what to do.
