Looks like an HDMI issue. Do you have another HDMI cable you can try?

What Fios box do you have? Is it going through a soundbar or receiver? Have you tried rebooting the box and the router? Have you checked ALLthe coax connections and your splitter? Do you have more than 1 TV and box, and does it do it on all TVs if you do?
