I'm trying to see if I have FIOS available. I'm pretty sure a service tech told me I am all wired for it when they were here a few years ago. When I try to check availability or Build my Own Bundle, I get message that says,
"Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office
We're Sorry, we're unable to continue your order at this time.
Please try again later or contact your local Verizon Business Office for assistance.
1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966)"
Guess what? The local business office is only open 8:30AM to 5:00pm. I wish I had the luxury of only working those hours, but that is why I am trying to do this online...at night.
Why I can't I see what services are available while logged in online? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
