I am getting ch 602, cnbc hd, picture compressed. Not seeing this on any other hd channel. Started a few days ago
For the past three days, CNBC HD channel 602 has been broadcasting in SD withe the black letterbox sides. All other HD channels seem to work and all boxes are exhibiting the same behavior. Commercials from Verizon are in HD but the broadcast of CNBC is SD including commercials from CNBC.
Anyone else have this behavior?
I contacted support via chat and they were useless. Basically stating the CNBC must be only sending them a SD signal. I am currently on hold for the last 20 minutes waiting for telephone support.
Just gave up with telephone support. 1 hr 10 minutes of waiting when quoted wait time was 9-13minutes.
CNBC HD has reverted back to HD for me.
