I was offered $200 or a Samsung tablet if I signed up for auto pay. That has been since March 2018, still not resolved.
Verizon's customer service is a joke. I have spent over 5 hours this week end on hold trying to get customer service and when I do they take your name and tell you someone will call you in 7 to 10 days. These people should be in jail. Very disappointed that I can not talk to a customer service rep about a problem they caused.
