No HBO On Demand form set top box even though I am subscribed to HBO. I can get all channels.

Hello,

I do not see the HBM On Demand option on my set top box even though I am subscribed and I can see all the available channels. I can also get HBO Go on my phone without any issues.

Please help.

When you go to on demand , choose TV then premiums, do you see HBO? If not, do you we others?
