I can find MY bookmarks for movies I have previously bookmarked. But where did the OPTION to bookmark go? All I see is buy/rent, watch, etc.

What model stb do you have?
This just happened recently. There is a Buy/Rent option, watch trailer, etc, but no option to bookmark.
All of the items I bookmarked are still under My Bookmarks, but now I can not bookmark anything new!
Try rebooting STB.
Mine still has it.
I hit On Demand.
Then Select first Movie (Annabell).
I have option to Buy/Rent, Bookmark and Watch Trailer
tried rebooting stb. tried rebooting router. unhooked BOSE and DVD player and hooked straight from stb to tv. Still no option to bookmark in On Demand movies, only buy/rent or watch trailer. Ready to call Verizon - although I hate doing that and have them make me go through all the same steps I have already done.
