I received an email that my bill was due on Nov 19th, and it is past due and I may be charged late payment fees.
My paper bill shows the due date of November 27th. How is it that my bill is past due?
I did make the payment today, however, I want to make sure I do not receive any late payment fees.
I also tried calling, and it kept asking me for my 10 digit home phone number. I do not have a home phone.
I also tried using your virtual assitant, and I did not have anyone on the other end of virtual assistant communicating with me. It is very difficult to get through to someone to try to get some help.
