In April we bundled our services from Verizon. What a mistake! We didn't have our original phone numbers for 5 weeks and still can't get into our VM after 3 customer service calls (since April). Left DirectTV for FIOS and left an easy interface for ? and no "NFL Sunday Ticket". Lastly, have tried support to reset my sub-email account since I can no longer find that area on their account mgmt site - two hours with India and still no help. Is this the worst company around? Moving my cell to AT&T asap after 10 years with Verizon. What a shame their accounting systems and customer support does not match their technology.
