I am unable to record programs on my DVR. I have recently completed a service call and a technician came out because we have been having connectivity issues with my DVRs. My service has been poor to put it mildly. It is too difficult to get any kind of live help from verizon. I don't understand all of these new changes and it is a headache! And verizon is discontinuing a channel that I watch because I can't record anything! I'm sick of it!
