Hi all!
I'm so frustrated I'm posting this question in the community. I have tried to log into my verizon account - through the same saved bookmark over the last several years - and everytime I log in, I get a message saying, unable to retrieve account information.
I've tried on Chrome, on Safari. I've tried in the morning, and in the evening. It's been happening since the Wednesday before Christmas. I don't understand.
And I'm trying to contact Verizon but I need my account # which is online and I get electronic statements. Ugh! So I can't get through anywhere.
Anyone know why this is happening to my account? I seared to see if there was a new link, but it didn't show anything. My account has both my home phone and my wireless. I have even logged in through verizon wireless - hit the pay bill now button and get the SAME error message. It's killing me.
I would really appreciate some help.
