The agent told me they would send me a check for my $250 refund, which would take 3 month, but it's been almost 4 month and I haven't got anything. When I called customer services, the agent told me they had transfered deposit into my bank account but there is no transaction on my bank history. When I called the service again, I was transfered from one specialist to another specialist and no one seems want to help. Where can I check the exact refund status?
