Not honoring Program

Several months ago we changed cable to Verizon with the offer of $300 in Amazon gift certificates. Never received the gift certificates and the music channels don't work and never have. Wehave had multiple times the channels die on us. As soon as we can we will go back to Comcast.<br><br>The lies about the Amazon gift certificates and the lack of reliability of Verizon, thus far, have not been worth the hassle.
