The guide where the Logo of the show goes there ar TV letters in there spot. It switched to that when I picked achow to record and hit the record button and the logo's change to TV letters.

Have you tried to powercycle the box or use the In Home Agent to see if that can detect an issue.
If you could check to make sure the box can get to the VOD menu as the guide logo's update from online. If they are changing to TV that may be the issue.
