No Long Receiving Emails that My Bill is Now Available Online

I am no longer receiving the monthly email to notify that my bill is posted online. These emails came from “Verizon Notification [verizon-notification@verizon.com]” with the subject “Your bill is now available online”. The last email was 8/26/14. I cannot find anything on my profile about this. Have these emails been discontinued? Thanks.

I continue to receive them. I just got one in the last week. It came from the same address you've reported.

I suggest you double check the email address you've setup with Verizon. It doesn't have to be your Verizon.net address. I use a non-Verizon email address.
