Is anyone having a problem after logging in to their My Verizon Account? I've been trying to pay a bill online without any success. I can log in fine, but there isn't any billing information available. I just get an error message saying that there was an error and to try again later. This has been going on for at least four days. I finally had to call to pay the bill and get charged a fee. Talk about rediculous. Furthermore, the only number available to call is for billing or adding/discontinue service, nothing to report a problem with Verizon.com/My Verizon. Any ideas?
