For the past week, I've been getting this error message online, on the app, and on mobile browser whenever I try to access any area of my account that invloves this animation to appear: "We are looking up your account information and checking for available services. This will only take a moment."
I can't even access the live chat area because of this error and y'all don't have an email contact option. This is RIDICULOUS.
Error Message:
