I get EF01 errors at intermittent times. I have tried replacing hdmi cables, using different hdmi port on tv and resetting the cable box. I do not have this issue with any other device that is connected to the TV just cable. Do I need a new box?
Do you have more than 1 box?
Does it happen on all?
Probably a box that is failing.
